Scratch BAKING 101

Take the mystery out of baking and learn the techniques to produce moist delicious cakes during this hands on class. All ingredients and supplies will be provided. During this 2 hour class, our Chef will guide you with recipe scaling, measuring, mixing and proper baking techniques. This baking class will also encompass making the best batch of American buttercream and how to achieve ultimate creaminess.

You'll leave with the amazing cake you made, the recipe & the knowledge to make it home- again & again!
