No need to buy your Pies when YOU can make them for this holiday season. Learn everything you need to know about PIE! Chef Renea will discuss crusts, blind baking techniques, various pie fillings & storage. During this experience, you will make our signature Caramel Apple Strussel Pie & Bourbon Pumpkin Pie. In addition to making these pies, we'll end our class with a tasting of each. You'll leave with 2 pies ready for baking, recipes, and the knowledge to try it again & again.
